Q&A
A: Peace & Pedals creates safe, supportive, female-focused track riding experiences at Sebring. We give women an accessible, confidence-building entry into motorsports, without the intimidation of traditional mixed-gender environments.
What is Peace & Pedals?
Peace & Pedals was created to address the lack of women-focused motorsport programs. Over time, we’ve built a strong community of riders at Sebring and other Florida tracks, empowering women to learn, grow, and progress at their own pace.
What is the history of Peace & Pedals in Florida?
Our primary home is Sebring International Raceway. We also host select events at other Florida tracks depending on the program and schedule.
Which Florida tracks do you use?
Our events are about more than laps. They focus on education, confidence, and community. Riders receive supportive coaching, structured instruction, and a welcoming environment designed specifically for women. Safety, growth, and inclusion always come first.
What makes your group and events different?
Yes. Many participants drive their stock daily vehicles. We provide guidance on basic safety and preparation so you feel confident on track.
Can I put my stock daily driver on track at speed?
Yes, provided the vehicle is in good mechanical condition. Additional safety requirements may apply, and we’ll review those with you before the event.
Can I put my convertible on track at speed?
Yes. Single-day programs are available so you can experience the track without committing to a full weekend.
Do you offer 1-day entries?
Not at this time. Peace & Pedals currently focuses on HPDE, education, and confidence-building experiences. Future program expansions may be introduced as the community grows.
Do you offer time trials or competitive programs?
Cancellation terms, credits, and deadlines are outlined during registration. We understand life happens and aim to be as fair and flexible as possible.
What is the cancellation policy?
Large, visible numbers allow instructors and staff to easily identify vehicles on track, which improves communication and safety.
Why are large numbers required on cars?
Yes. Garage stalls may be available depending on the event and are typically first-come or reservable. Details are provided during registration.
Can I use a pit lane garage stall at Sebring?
Yes. We offer one-day and limited-time sessions designed for busy schedules.
